  1. The MEME this week comes from Misha Saakashvili. On the 17th of September there was a yelling match between Misha and Akhaltsikhe locals. Misha was irritated by a local who criticized an English-language sign on a hotel building. Misha yelled at him that Akhaltsikhe used to live in garbage and then asked rhetorically: “do you prefer to live in garbage?” The main reason for Misha’s trip to Akhaltsikhe was to visit Vano Merabishvili’s parents.
